Who may join EXCEEDS Carsharing?
Anyone at least 18 years old may join the EXCEEDS Carsharing service.
How long does it take to become a member?
Applicant must fully complete the Agreement and provide any requested documents before being approved as a Carsharing Member. Valid proofs of identification and other documentation(s) will be required. Processing of membership takes 1 to 3 business days.
Do you have to apply online?
It is recommended that you apply online since this is also the facility where you can reserve vehicles and view other Membership information. However, you may also opt to call an EXCEEDS Account Representative through our Toll-free number and apply on the phone.
Can I opt to drive myself or have someone I prefer to drive me instead of availing an EXCEEDS Driver?
No. EXCEEDS Carsharing is designed to make every Members feel safe and comfortable during the trip.
What types of vehicles do you have?
You have a choice of a van (Toyota GL Grandia 2009 or variants), an AUV (Toyota Innova 2009 or variants), or a compact sedan (Toyota Corolla Altis 2009 or variants).
How far in advance can I book a vehicle?
EXCEEDS Vehicles can be booked up to a year in advance.
For how long can I reserve a vehicle?
EXCEEDS Members can reserve a vehicle for up to 14 consecutive days per year depending on vehicle availability. Members may rent a vehicle outside of their plans under a separate rental fee and subject to vehicle availability.
Will a vehicle be available when I want one?
EXCEEDS recommend that Members book early in order to make sure that their planned trip schedule and needed vehicle are available. Rest assured that EXCEEDS will continue to increase its fleet to meet your needs.
Do you have baby/child car seats?
EXCEEDS can provide baby/child car seats if you need one. Please request during vehicle reservation.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
No. Smoking is not allowed while using EXCEEDS Vehicles. It's our little way of showing you that we care for your health.
Can someone who is not a Member rent EXCEEDS Vehicles?
No. EXCEEDS Membership is affordable and is a better deal than rent-a-cars which is why we think you won't regret joining us. Please register to enjoy membership benefits.
How do I pay?
Payment is done online or by calling an EXCEEDS Account Representative through our Toll-free number.
Are EXCEEDS Vehicles insured?
Yes. All EXCEEDS Vehicles have required Third Party Liability coverage and comprehensive vehicle insurance. Members may also apply for special travel insurance coverage with EXCEEDS Insurer partners.
